Polaron After-sales Service & Maintenance


Following a hand-over of an installation, our Service Engineers are available for warranty and non-warranty call-outs on a 48-hour response basis. Often, however, we are able to provice next day response and where specifically required we can operate a same day rapid response.

As UK manufacturers of our equipment we are able to provide emergency spares of any system component by next day delivery. This service is especially useful for systems using our plug-in concept where a 'hot-swap' is possible without removing power to the rack.

Maintenance contracts are recommended. This allows a fixed cost to be spread over a year with an accompanying response time, depending on the situation.

Polaron keep detailed records of every quotation and project produced, which means that we are able to provide a comprehensive after-sales service. We are committed to providing high quality support and service throughout a project's lifetime.
